Psychological Service

The Mining Rescue Psychological Service for CSRG S.A. was established in accordance with Article 52(3a) of the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of March 16, 2017 on mining rescue services (consolidated text: Polish Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1418) in order to create a system providing psychological support to rescuers participating in the rescue operation and to the injured. The planned tasks are carried out at the headquarters of CSRG S.A. and at the District Mining Rescue Stations, and if necessary, at the site of the rescue operation. The aim of psychological interventions is to minimize the negative effects resulting from participation in potentially traumatizing situations and to prevent the development of post-traumatic stress disorders in rescuers and victims. The current work of the service involves activities related to psychological education, training, and mental health prevention.
