Specialized emergency services take part in rescue operations requiring the use of specialized equipment. They are located at the headquarters of CSRG S.A. in Bytom. In accordance with the provisions of the Mining Rescue Ordinance, CSRG S.A. has six specialized emergency units:
- Measurement Specialist Emergency Services
- Mining and technical specialist emergency service
- Specialized ambulance of transportable rescue lifts
- Specialized High Altitude Group
- Fire Fighting Specialist Emergency Service
- Specialized ambulance service for mine air inertization
- Specialized Water Emergency Service
